Returns
We really hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return it, please contact us at hello@flowersofthesea.com
We operate a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the postage cost of any returns.
Damages
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is damaged, including a photo of the damaged goods in the email.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days.
